First day at the job Advice

Hi everyone - thanks for reading and I would appreciate any advice.
I got a STEM degree from US college, got into healthcare MS, and planned to transfer afterward to healthcare management consulting. Unfortunately, circumstances happened, and I ended up stuck back home in Eastern Europe. I tried applying to firms there and eventually got a return offer from Acn Strat. My problem is, that during the three interviews I had, all my cases were about oil/mining/heavy industry and all the people who interviewed with me had either econ backgrounds with nat resources focus or corpfin/management degrees. I don't know how I passed, but I am incredibly scared - I have always hoped to go into pharma consulting, but now I feel that I might get fired/kicked out after the 1st month just due to the lack of knowledge/experience. I would appreciate any advice and maybe suggestions on what I can learn prior to starting my position - I still have around 3 weeks before the job starts

Thank you for reading!
