LEK 2025 Associate — For those who did final rounds this week

Has anyone who did a final round this week heard their result / offer? I did mine on Tuesday and haven’t heard yet. I’ve read that if you get it you hear on Friday and if not you don’t for weeks. So curious if they’ve made the calls yet for this week batch.

I did east coast office.

Based on previous WSO threads, here are some insights regarding final round feedback and timelines:

  1. Delayed Feedback:

    • It's not uncommon for final round feedback to be delayed. For instance, a user mentioned that their recruiter said the debrief/decision meeting was pushed, which could indicate a waitlist situation or simply a delay in the decision-making process.
  2. Notification Methods:

    • For Bain, notifications after final rounds can vary. Some users have reported receiving calls, while others have experienced delays in hearing back.
  3. Specific Cases:

    • A user who had their final round for Bain's Atlanta office mentioned waiting for feedback two days after their interview.
    • Another user inquired about updates for Bain's Texas ACI final round, indicating that waiting for feedback is a common experience.
  4. General Advice:

    • If you haven't heard back yet, it might be due to internal delays or the possibility of being on a waitlist. It's advisable to stay patient and perhaps follow up with your recruiter for any updates.

For your specific situation with LEK and the East Coast office, it seems consistent with other experiences that there might be a delay in communication. If you haven't heard back by Friday, it might be worth reaching out to your recruiter for an update.

Not OP but someone who got an LEK FT offer last year. I heard in the afternoon of the day I interviewed.
