Nordic Consulting Environment

Looking for some insights to be a high performer in the Nordic MBB environment. 

Some background: I recently accepted a full-time role within the Nordic MBB environment, starting in the latter half of the year. I was wondering if there were any individuals, who had worked within MBB in the Nordics, as I am aware the Nordic culture and work environment differs significantly from other offices. I previously interned at the office, haven't received any negative feedback but still would prefer to be ahead of the curve. Interests lie in CDDs and healthcare. 

Considerations: How can I prepare myself to be a top performer from the get-go? In particular, I am quite nervous about being on the younger end of full-time staff, would this incumber my performance abilities? How should I go about networking to be staffed on projects?
