Salary grades for EY Parthenon
Hi all,
I'm trying to find some accurate salary grade info (associate, consultant, senior consultant) for EY Parthenon in UK as I'm getting some conflicting info on Glassdoor. Would anyone know? And potentially know how the salaries were adjusted when EYP was consolidated, and how it compares to regular EY salaries in UK?

Associate:
Y1: ~110 with signing bonus
Y2: ~110
Senior Associate:
Y1: ~135
Consultant:
Y1: ~185
Y2: ~195
Y3: ~205 (can skip this year)
Director:
Y1: ~230
Y2: standard increases
Y3: standard increases
…
Senior Director:
Variable. No one makes less than 280, but there’s a huge range.
I’m curious if US is the same as UK? Is this including bonus? I’m mean to start FT next month and my offer was $90K base w/ $10K signing bonus.
Any chance you hear of a bump yet? S& got one not too long ago.

First year strat consultant associates can’t be making that much? If so, i am in the wrong job!
