starting out a business while working

I am an employee at a bank, but I want to leverage my own money to start a business mostly in software development, and a cybersecurity firm; however, my contract says that I cant have dual employment ( paid or free ). My idea is to start this new venture as ownership than an employee within my venture, and use a form of `dividend payment`. however, what does exactly "ownership" mean?? can I take hiring activities, make decisions, and do day-to-day management operations ( mostly financial, and project management things to keep this project healthy )? if I don't plan to hire a CEO, then I am a majority stakeholder. can I manage all the technical aspects without a CEO, then move to?

the most important from the contract:

"THE EMPLOYEE" undertakes that during the employment relationship that links them with "THE COMPANY" they will not provide advisory services, recommendations or any other type.
of external business activity for free or for consideration, to any natural or legal person.

"THE EMPLOYEE", in case of deciding to undertake any external activity, must be informed and have the authorization of "THE COMPANY", in order to ensure that these activities do not generate no conflict of interest.
