Can Someone Rank the Top FLDP Programs to go into out of Undergrad?
Is there like an updated ranking? For example, are GE/J&J/Microsoft/Amazon still the top 4? Is there a stark difference in any of them, or are they all pretty similar? I don't see any updates here for 2021.
Hi throwaway3129, just trying to help:

Hard to do since there are so many, and it seems like a lot of larger companies are creating programs if they don’t already have one.
I can list a few that I know of off the top of my head
Top level, from brand recognition and presumed quality:
Microsoft, GE, Capital One, IBM, maybe Walmart, Johnson and Johnson, Dell
Other:
Verizon, BAE, Ford, Textron, Polaris, Tyson (new program, think 2 years old), Lumen Technology (brand new, 1 year old), Target, Whirlpool.
i think Amazon has an operations finance program where you rotate through different facilities but unsure of a corporate specific program.
Tysons program will place you in Chicago or Northwest Arkansas. New program.
Polaris is small, I think only a handful each year get offers.
Microsoft is probably one of the most known programs. Lots of opportunity in and outside of company.
Lumen Tech just had their first class come in, located in Denver.
Doesn't Apple also have a FLDP?
Good call out, forgot about that one. I don’t think they do any direct to FT recruiting, or if they do it is extremely limited.
There are near limitless opportunities for FDPs because there are so many companies and a lot are starting to realize it’s better for them to cultivate their own talent rather than try and poach it later. A lot of these programs seem to be more regionally focused in recruiting but not too hard to break in from outside those regions.
How’d you find out about Lumen’s program since it’s so new?
