Commercial Banking Innovation Development Program
J.P. Morgan just sent out super day invites for their 2 year CB program.
Any insight? Seems like this is the first year they’re doing this program.
Anyone else get invites?

Hey man, I applied for the Palo Alto location and super day is June 4th also!
Tbh, I can't remember which location I applied for. I can't even view a copy of the application I submitted.
Are you from the west coast? I heard they recently built the Palo Alto office, but I can't find the office location anywhere. I'm trying to figure out how much commute/living expenses will be.
How are you guys preparing for the interviews?
Not preparing, yolo. There’s not much info on the program.
there was a informational session where they talked a bit about the program.
how did you guys do?
Pretty easy interview. Mostly situational/fit questions. I think the 1st interviewer liked me, 2nd interview could’ve been better, 3rd one idk if they were feeling me.
Do they call or email to let us know of an offer? They said they’ll make decisions in a week.
Anybody know what kind of technical questions they could ask for IDP?
Not sure.
did you guys get a case? How was it?
Just curious, where are y'all from and what are your backgrounds? YOE, majors etc.
thoughts - how did you guys do? high interest in the program or nah?
Very high interest in the program after hearing about the rotations and creativity that’s welcomed in the role. Sounds like product manager/fintech which is the future.
Thoughts everyone?
.
aw shit bro. My friend's sister in law is in commercial banking there and has decent pay. I wonder if this program's like that
I’m a woman, but anyways by decent pay do you mean above 80k?
I hope everyone did well and killed it!! Good luck
If someone gets an offer please post here, so we don’t keep our hopes up for too long! Thanks!!
.
They interviewed quite a lot of people, I don’t think they’ll be this quick in giving out offers. I think there were around 8-10 people per time slot and around 3 time slots? My guess is they’ll give offers to maybe 10 people?
.
I got one. Did you?
Just found this thread. I got an offer today. Wondering if any others that got offers wanted to link up or chat outside of WSO? PM me.
Is this for a full-time position or summer internship?
Full time
PM’d
.
PMd you from my friends account
I just got an offer but waiting on offer letter. They made do a pre-offer form but no physical letter yet, wondering what’s the holdup
Which location?
.
Does anyone know if we can switch locations? It seemed like it was the same superday for everyone right?
Wondering this too
you can't switch during the analyst years, but from A2A you can if you'd like to relocate
.
I’m in contact with the one who called, she also sent you the pre-offer form right? I haven’t spoken to the original campus recruiter in a while.
Also it might be worth waiting on this till Monday, like others have said it possibly can come by EOD today! But appreciate you offering to reach out
.
.
FYI $100k annual salary converted to hourly is $48~. So we’re still getting paid $100k during training
.
The verbiage in my offer is different looks like?
.
have not heard official news either way and emailed recruiter and she said the team is deciding still and will update next week. does this most likely mean I did not get it?
idk because I haven’t heard anyone say they’ve gotten an offer yet.. 1st choice candidates wouldve been contacted by now but because this program is new they might be working on different deadlines. But who knows 🤷🏼♀️
I just signed my offer think some other people have as well

Anyone get updates on their background screening?
Not me. Just got an employment verification email, no news is good news right?
I know this thread is for first year analysts, but has anyone on here heard about the summer internship for this program?
Does anyone have salary details for this program?
