You should begin applying for FLDP and other rotational programs now. Many have started to post and some are beginning interviews. You will continue to see more of these type of programs post jobs from now into the fall. Most corporations will review applications as they are submitted so you don't want to wait. If you are directly applying to an FP&A Analyst or other role at a company, you likely won't see applications for 2022 open yet. You might start seeing these in the fall and many well into the Spring. I would apply to rotational programs first over a strictly FP&A role.

Some don't post job postings, they just assume candidates will find them. Like I don't remember seeing Microsoft open but they're already in the middle of recruiting. Searching rotational, leadership development program, LDP, FLDP, 2022, etc on Linkedin or Handshake though is the best place to start. If there is a company or industry you really want to be at then definitely go straight to their website and see if a.) they have a rotational program and b.) when does the application open. They can be competitive so you will probably will want to apply to quite a few depending on your background.
