Hi everyone...hope everyone is having a great holiday season! Long-time lurker, first-time poster. I currently work in strategy and business development at a smaller, non-publicly traded company and was really interested in the Content Strategy & Analysis role at Netflix. My understanding is that this is the role that helps conduct analyses to advise Netflix's content investment decisions. I was wondering if anyone in this group had visibility into the nature of the work, the interview process, and the culture of this group at Netflix? I see that it's mostly ex-consultants and bankers in these roles, but wanted to see if I could gather up any more color.
