85K base, 30-40% bonus
That seems pretty solid
At one of the larger shops, in Summer 2022 our new hires came in at $100-$110 base with a 40% bonus target. Bonus will increase substantially once they take on their own coverage portfolio after a year or so.
Yeah this place is somewhat small, 5-7B AUM. The analysts (entry-level) all have their own coverages.
Any idea what it should be for a 2nd year associate?
