Hayfin interview process

Does anyone have any insights about the recruitment process at Hayfin Capital Management in London? No of 1:1 interview rounds? Nature of Case Study? Whether they ask for referrals from previous org etc?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi OP,

I assume this is for Private Credit ? If so I can provide some color as I went through the early stage of their process not too long ago (Asso level hire):

1st Round: meet with senior team member (MD) - 30mins, conversational, motivation, fit and some easy technicals

2nd Round: 2x back-to-back interviews with Principals and VPs, more technical/credit focussed on previous professional experience

3rd Round: Case Study (take home) + presentation

4th Round: Meeting rest of the team
