Have had a bit of a quasi-schizophrenic path through finance. Started off in Credit Research (IG & HY Retail), moved to convertible debt asset management, then had my own investment partnership that I wound down in March 2024.
Overall I'm about 10 years out of undergrad and want to break into pure HY research (don't care if its sell-side or buyside).
How realistic are my chances? What approach should I take?
