MO comp progression

So everyone knows MO probably earns 10-20k less in base salary than FO for analyst levels, and bonuses are essentially non existent for MO, but does that continue as you progress?

What are the salaries for VP, Director, and MD level of MO such as Quant Risk, Credit Risk, etc. and are there also large bonuses for these roles? Mainly talking about BB but not sure if that varies widely depending on the firm. Can’t find much info online so anything would help
