Private Credit Comp Progression
Wondering how compensation progresses in Private Credit at the larger funds (Blackstone / Ares / Apollo). Also interested in learning about how carry economics work in the credit world

Same question for smaller fund
For ny based PC investing roles at large funds like the ones you mention median cash comp is 600-650 for VP, 900-950 for director, and 1.5mm or so for MD. Top quartile is around 700-750 VP, 1.1-1.2mm director. MD will be a very wide range.

ANL: $150k area
ASO: $250-400k
VP: $500-800k
Principal/Director: $850k-2MM
MD: $1.5-5MM+
