Request for Blockchain Crypto 101 Primer
Hi there! I'm looking to do a sell-side transaction for a blockchain company in Asia.
I've tried looking at Coinbase IPO as a reference but was wondering if there's a Crypto 101 or Prrimer guide out there.

There's a difference between understanding the whole universe of crypto and blockchain buzzwords and valuing a crypto firm. What's their business model? Coinbase is valued like any other fintech company; they make money through transaction fees and premium subscriptions.
