Any great articles/books about corporate governance?
Undergrad here. I'm trying to get better at evaluating management teams. To be specific, I'd like to better understand the qualities that great management teams have and learn which characteristics should raise red flags for shareholders. Does anyone have book/article recommendations for this topic?
