I have a makeup virtual baird superday coming up for equity research analyst (3 30 min interviews) Just wondering what I should know/ be prepared for.

Did the superday this time last year (no offer tho, only 2/16 kids in spd got one). Lot of behaviorals, why Baird, why Milwaukee (huge emphasis on if you really want to be in Milwaukee long term). Very basic accounting questions (if you do x, what happens to the three statements/walk me through the three statements & how they link/walk me through a dcf/various cash flow statement-related questions), a few brainteasers scattered in, and they also had us take an in-person math test.
