Very strong in London as an ER house, you'll find most buy-side firms use them as one of their brokers so you'd have no trouble recruiting for HF/AM gigs as long as you're in a reputable team

Pretty sure the guy above works at Berenberg. I’ve been on sell side ER and now at a HF and Berenberg on both sides is seen as a bit of a joke. Their primary goal is to win banking business and ER is another for them to do that.
Their increased market share is because they are throwing money at a declining industry.
in London they are solid
