I was wondering if anyone knew anything about a research shop called New Constructs. It's a very small firm based out of Nashville, TN. I've scoured the web and this forum and can't find much about what it would be like to work for them. Also, is it possible to move up from a boutique shop like this to a BB firm with time? If not, what exit opportunities are possible? I intend on pursuing the CFA as well.

It's an ER firm based out of Nashville. While location isn't ideal, seems like a good philosophy. If nobody knows anything specific about this firm, what's it like working at a strictly ER shop?
