you're not allowed to write reports or talk to clients without the exams. I would think anywhere would expect you to leave if you can't pass them.

And can it ever be?
 

yah for sure, im just curious if contracts will specify x amount of days to pass and if not, the person gets canned. If these things would happen.

Idk about CS but at another BB ER people would take up to a year sometimes (I think I took about 9-10 months). Reason being though was that the analysts weren't making any time for the associates to work on the exams. I know I was getting slaughtered in those first six months.

If you're not being given a full workload early on with the understanding that you should be getting your exams out of the way, then I would assume they expect you to get it done quicker. Can't hurt to have a convo with your analyst about it to make sure everyone is on the same page and that you are setting realistic goals.
