Dealing with SA constructive criticism
Hey all, I’ve been generally performing quite well throughout my internship, but today it seemed like my manager was a bit exasperated with how long it took for me to finish my forecasts (took me the whole day to implement updates) and he asked if we could “PLEASE start the report on Monday”. Not sure if I’m reading too much into this, but I just don’t want to jeopardize a return offer. Feeling a bit down — any advice on how to work more quickly/effectively throughout the day? I do find it quite difficult to focus for 12 hours straight and probably spend a good fifteen percent of my time distracted.
