Anyone have insight into the recruitment process? Had an online skills assessment so far and wondering what the rest of the process is like. Also wondering if the skills assessment is a new addition to the process.
Wondering the same thing. I took the assessment test today. From glassdoor it seems like their ER recruitment process is that of a typical bank, but I assume it's going to have a lot of qualified applicants.
