ER full time no internship

Hello wso community,I am a new graduate (still have to discuss my thesis and receive the graduation). Right now I am working for Amazon as a BA full-time in London. I joined because the recruiting season was over so no opportunities to apply. To be honest the job is really slow pace and I do not like it. I am having second thoughts and I would like to try finance as well. What is the likelihood to receive a full time offer / internship in a BB for the next recruiting season with no previous experience in finance except my thesis ? My long term goal would be to go in L/S hedge fund ( I like to use data to drive insights). My bachelor is in finance and I am still obtaining my master in statistics (I just have to complete my thesis on factor investing). Both from the same target Uni. Did an internship in big 4 during undergrad.

My bachelor is in finance and my master is in a quantitative subject. Consider I am in EU. I am attending a target school. As regards extracurriculars I am working on a research thesis with my professor on factor investing.

The research thesis is okay. But I'm talking about clubs, societies, competitions. If you don't have work experience (and even if you do), this is the type of stuff you need to be involved in. This is the type of stuff that not only indicates interest but competency. It's too late now since you've graduated though. In the EU, you're going to need an MFin to break in tbh in most major cities (except London).
