ER Interview
I am currently interviewing for an Equity Research Associate role and I am just had my screening call. I’d like to think it went well and that I will get to the next round which would be meeting with the COO or person in charge of overseeing all ERs. How should I go about my next interview (hoping I move on) knowing that it’s a behavioural based interview?
