A bit over a year of experience in s&t but was looking into ER. Long story short, had 2 modeling tests and superday w bank. Never heard back. I would’ve been fine getting the “thank you, but unfortunately…” email. But this… damn.
Is this common, to get ghosted this far in? Wondering if you all at least hear back after going through so many steps with a team.
No that is not common and very unprofessional. Two modeling tests is a joke also.
