How to filter through Information overload?

How do you guys go about reading financial news? Do you take a targeted approach and just focus on a certain industry? What’s the most efficient way to filter through information overload

I am subscribed to WSJ, BBG and try to follow some articles on Seekingalpha but I still feel like I could do a better job in understanding and digesting the information
