I have a 8 week summer internship working with equity research. I have been within this bank for 3,5 years alongside my studies as an equity trader, and I want to continue my career within the bank as an ER analyst.
What should I do/should not do to land a full time position?
I have already spoken HR and head for ER that I am intrested in a fulltime position.

I am not clear, isn't the ball in your firm's court to give you a full-time ER offer after you interning in ER?
It is, I was thinking in the terms of what I can do to increase my odds.
Nothing at this point, you hopefully have made an impression during your internship. If not, not much you can do NOW to remedy the situation.
What you can do is to network without your firm.
