How to handle call with DOR

Hey everyone,

Have been getting to the chat w/ the DOR in some ER interviews at some good shops/teams, and was wondering how I should handle them? I know they are more behaviourally focused, and I should still have a stock pitch prepared, but anything else that I should prepare for? Do they want to know how I think about stocks/ investing in an abstract way?

I have had 2 calls so far and another one coming up, and feel like they go fine, but haven't been able to convert them.

Appreciate any advice at all!!
