I only look at the executive level, since that's generally all the website/10k's will give me: -How long was their tenure at other firms? -Which of their other firms had successful exits and were they a part of it? -Does their role fit with their background (I mainly use this in looking at healthcare companies). -Rank their importance based on equity comp (10k).
