bump. I'm curious as well (especially pay for the first couple of years).
I've seen ~12 hours per day, pay 70 / 75 / 80k for years 1, 2, 3 base and 10-20 / 20-30 / 30-40k for bonus. JPM Equities has had strong performance recently and has a strong brand. People have done sell-side research, hedge fund, stayed internally in ER or gone to business school in recent years.
Really curious too about JPM AM equity research vs sell-side IB equity research.
Im curious about this as well. I'd guess that sell side IB research bonuses are a little bit bigger, but I don't know for sure.
