Modeling/Writing Test
I know this has been asked a lot but hoping there may be fresh resources. I have a modeling/writing test next week for an entry level associate position. Will be given two hours. This is all the information I have. What is the best way to prep for the modeling component/ what should be anticipated since the time frame is relatively short? I feel comfortable with my prep strategy for the writing element.
Take a company's earnings release, fill in the quarterly numbers into the model, and write about your takeaway. Time yourself.

that's helpful, thank you. do you think it's uncommon for these tests to ask you to forecast earnings/create a valuation?
