Offered Equity Research position - as an independent contractor. Is this normal?
Potential job as a biotech equity research associate (entry level) at a boutique bank has these attributes:
- They bring people on as independent contractors and we work remotely.
- Bonuses are not paid.
Is this normal and how should it change my expected pay?
