Research Comp Progression

Hello all,

I feel like sell side research (equity/credit/econ) out of all FO roles, has some of the least transparent comp progression. Heck I even heard an MD say this might be the reason for high junior attrition. If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me. We get a do have comp threads but with barely any comp numbers and usually only from juniors. I get research  is small, but we must do better!

Could we get some first- or third-party comp progression numbers? Please include bank type, II ranked, sector, covering or non-covering, and obviously rank etc.

Cheers
