Its an equity research firm in London. Just got an interview with them and want to see what its general reputation/legitimacy is.

Very reputable shop for FIG in Europe. I've come across various pieces of their research and it's definitely better than most stuff on the street. Are you looking at their U.S. team though? -- I don't know their reputation since they recently started that.

Very good reputation in Europe. I believe they only cover FIG so the senior analysts have expertise that is hard to come by for some of the smaller bank/insurers in Europe. They were bought out by Bernstein a couple years ago but at least in the London office I know there's still an effective separation between the two. If you're interested in what they cover then I think it's a top shop.
