If I'm understanding your question correctly, go to the Investor Relations section of a company webpage. Some of them have it in Excel, others don't. It really just varies company to company in terms of what format they provide it in. Otherwise, if you have access to a Bloomberg terminal, you can download various metrics into an Excel workbook.

Just go to the SEC website and type everything in manually. You'll learn more that way because of some psychology mumbo-jumbo my wife is always going on about.

Exporting financials is quick and easy, but most of the time you'll have to reconfigure most of it anyways. A lot of companies report non-gaap financials in their press releases and adjusted metrics which is typically key for ER.

Buddy...don't know if you just ignored the whole chain from above, but unless you have access to Bloomberg, Factset, SNL, etc, there is no good quality, free source that has the financials in excel for a wide range of companies.
Also, as mentioned above, you really shouldn't be using these sources as 1) the format isn't right, 2) these data aggregators may adjust the figures to standardize across an industry which is bad if you're trying to really understand a company from a bottom up perspective, and 3) in real life, associates and analysts have to manually enter it all the time.
At this point, your line of questioning is no longer productive and is a general waste of other people's time. I'm not trying to put you down, but it's been clearly explained above. Take it from someone in ER, if you were my associate and were this obtuse, I would not consider hiring you or, assuming you already were hired, would consider giving you a poor review.
Contrary to popular sentiment, there are such things as stupid questions. One such example would be repeatedly asking the same thing despite having already received clear and unambiguous answers multiple times.

So you are currently a special situations analyst but a) have no idea where to find company financials, and b) have no access to any data sources?
Private Sector we have some access to local database where find balance sheet, income statement but we don't have Bloomberg, Reuters or similar to take balancesheet of public company
