Why is it named Equity Research Rendezvous ?

Why cant it be named just "Research Rendezvous"? I feel that the current name discriminates against the fixed income, asset allocation strat and commodities research crowd, which makes up a very large part of the research landscape!

Chill guys it was a joke.. I could care less about what an online message board is called I just thought it was interesting that when people (especially college students) think about research, they automatically call it equity research. This is stemmed from one of the people from the asset allocation research interviewing this kid, and for the whole time the kid was like "this is why I want to do equity research...this is why i think equity research is the right fit from me".. we were joking about that and I saw the forum name and thought the same thing
