Best practices for equity research analysts — Jim Valentine
Applied equity analysis — James English
corporate finance — brealy is a classic
Damodaran for valuation — one caveat, he’s very good at breaking down valuation but I think not so good and understanding how equity research analysts actually approach a stock.
most of the poeple here focus on L/S equity, more on securities selection than portfolio construction, but if you want to have a sound understanding of investing frameworks and processes (which I deem very important once you are somehow senior in your career), here you have a interesting ig account with books descriptions and recommendations that I strongly suggest: https://www.instagram.com/absreturns101/
It's quite broad, from options trading to quant investing, portfolio construction, tail risk hedging. Not super active but def high quality!
