Best consulting ‘type’ for this exit?

Hey everyone, basically I’ve got 3 offers: strategy @MBB, RX @ Tier 2 (province, BRG etc) and Econ at a pretty good firm (analysis group, compass etc).
Long term I’m looking to jump into a front office investor role at a good hedge fund (millennium, citadel etc), preferably without doing a stint in IB. I know it’s very uncommon, but which of the three would set me up best to make the jump, in terms of transferable / relevant experience & any other factors, all else equal?

Appreciate any input!
