Given the size of AUM it could be anything really, but GBP 70k base plus 50%-100% bonus would seem reasonable for a L/S analyst with no investment experience. A lot will depend on how generous the CIO/PM is.
Thanks, that's a lot lower than I expected. I was hoping it would match IBD associate pay of £90k base. Would it be normal for my bonus to be linked to PnL for a fund like this or would my bonus just be discretionary based on performance and decision of PM?
