Final round interview with CEO
I've been in this process for an analyst position at a family office for 2 months now - met with 2 partners for an initial introduction around 2 months ago, case study went down very well and feedback was spotless. Met with the 2 managing partners last week as a final check to confirm the partners thoughts (bare in mind those partners manage the fund and i'll be working for them). Sounds like I got one of them over the line but not the other, because he wants me to interview with the CEO next week (the funds capital is also mostly his families money).
Spoke with the recruiter - he said it's between me and a very experienced candidate and we have completely different profiles. I need this role, i'm so sick of working at my current firm and I want a new start next year.
Anyone have any thoughts on how I can nail this, i've asked around and no ones really met the guy so i'm relying on random interviews i've read online.
