Every HF is going to eventually open an office there. Who wants to pay 50%+ of their income in taxes to live in 5-6 months of shit weather in NYC especially considering the VHCOL, when you can instead live in nice weather and save at least 10% of your income in state/city taxes and use your tax savings to buy a new Ferrari each year.
