Flying out to meet the team

Hello fellow monkeys! I've been fortunate enough to be invited to fly out and meet the team at a small hedge fund (~$1B AUM). I'll probably be spending a day with everyone at the firm and getting to know everyone in person. I have already met the analysts and MD on zoom and everyone seems very hardworking and knowledgeable. I was wondering if anyone here has some insight on what I should prepare for. For a bit more background, I am currently an undergraduate senior with a liberal arts background and have already presented a case on zoom for everyone which they seemed to like.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I read some of your previous posts on getting into the buy-side, it was a good read. Can you expand a little bit on the don't be stupid part, anything I should directly avoid?

Thanks. There isn't a secret book that covers all you need to know.

Just try not to be too opinionated: eg. geopolitics (like Ukraine-Russia situation, I can tell you where I stand, but you know there are Putin supporters out there), same goes for sports (Michigan supporter vs. Ohio State supporter), etc.

Definitely have views on stocks tho, 'cuz that will be your job.

Read the room, take the hint, know when to shut up.

Historically I have been better at these qualitative characteristics, thanks for the advice, hope all goes well.
