Ghosted and rejected after receiving interview invite

Two weeks ago I received a first round recruiter interview with a prop trading firm, but my interview got rescheduled the last minute due to his personal matter when I was already in the Zoom meeting room, and then the recruiter replied that he would reschedule and confirm the interview ASAP. From there it was radio silence and I never received any communications from the company.

I understand that there are many qualified candidates but the whole process nowadays just looked like a gambling game.

it is a super small firm I doubt anyone has heard of it. The recruiter used to work at Selby Jennings so I guess he is prone to being shitty lmao.
