Hedge Fund AN1 Bonus

I’m summering for a top distressed fund in NYC and I’m curious to what the pay is like at the Analyst level at similar funds.

I confirmed base would be 140 but have no clue on what to expect for bonus. For top IB groups it’s usually 80-100% I believe?

Obviously the buyside will be more performance driven, but I figured only senior folks have the $0 to a couple million bonus range. For analysts straight out of undergrad, surely it’s a bit more standardized? Can I expect at least a 50% bonus?
