Highest Payouts Among Multi-Managers

In terms of cash bonuses / payouts, which multi-managers are known for having the highest payouts based on contribution to the pod P&L aside from MLP at the entry level (analyst or junior analyst)? I understand most of the economics depend on the PM, but I'm sure there are places where the culture is skewed towards analysts being able to contribute ideas and receive a higher % of the reward based on what they can bring to the table. Also curious if anyone has "tail-end" examples of analysts they know who really outperformed and were paid well for it.
