Math-Economics Major vs Economics

I've finally realized that an undergrad degree in economics is not what I thought it was going to be, and I'm contemplating switching to Math/Econ or at least adding a Math minor.

Which would you rather see in a resumé that came across your desk? I really don't envision myself going in any sort of "quant" route, so would the extra math curriculum even be valued by funds that are going to try to stay as fundamentals-oriented as possible?

Assume everything but GPA is constant: Internships, extracurriculars, etc.

I go to a non-target, but one with a decent amount of people in various finance roles.

The Math/Econ major would require I take a few more lower division math classes, then 7 upper division classes.
