Quarterly vs semi-annual reporting
There is a proposed change to semi-annual reporting. What’s everyone’s thoughts on this? I know Europe does this currently. Could see both sides of this. On one hand, less forced short term decision making and more focus on the long term. Can also see this leading to significantly less transparency and other corporate governance issues.
