Syndicate Trading - Building a book

I am a younger, hard working, thirsty broker that has been in the business since 2003 with a MAJOR wire house and I currently focus the majority of my time in Syndicate offerings. My group takes part in Equity Syndicate (IPO’s & Secondary’s) as well as the Fixed Income Syndicate calendar. I am looking to build my Syndicate book, and looking into only those who are serious. (Clients that would consistently drop IOI’s of at least 5k + shares, and would take part in a majority of the offerings.) (Hedge Funds, Institutions, LLC’s, Corp’s, Professional Traders) The difference between myself and some of the other brokers that deal primarily with syndicate clients……I am hungry. I am dedicated to being in the office as early/late as I have to be. I update my clients with calls, emails, texts with upcoming offerings, and inform clients of allocations as soon as they happen. If anyone is interested in talking about a future business relationship, please let me know. Additionally, if anyone might have a lead for me on a potential syndicate client that would also be greatly appreciated.
