Violated personal trading policy 3x at a major fund am I cooked?

Title says it all. First time accidentally sold an equity bc I thought I had clearance. Second time didn't disclose my brothers account bc he didn't live with me at the time; filed a trade for the account and got flagged. Got a notice sent to my higher ups.

This time I accidentally bought an equity I had clearance for 2x. Saw the mistake, requested clearance for the trade, but the. Sold it like a retard bc I panicked.

My firms policy is super strict. Am I fucked?

External contractor in back office btw.

Please let me know if I should stress, it's a hell of a job and don't want to be fired.

First time shit slipped me by. This time trying to trade while executing duties. Think it might not be too bad considering it did get approval I just did it twice

You are kind of a goofball for doing anything in your PA outside ETFs without explicit approval (I'm not sure how the brother piece plays in/how you don't have plausible deniability unless you're literally placing the trade, that one really sucks) and are absolutely cooked if compliance genuinely wields teeth over this sort of thing at your fund (at some funds managers don't get too aggro unless you crossed a line on a covered name, but at the big ones this can be an easy angle towards dismissal). This is so disgustingly simple it's actually impressive that you've managed to muck it up 3 separate times. If you aren't fired, you gon learn today. You should 100% be stressed if for no other reason than to show remorse, that you understand how badly you messed up, and that you won't do it again. Good luck brother.

Requested approval for the trade (also do for ETFs to show I’m a good boy) but I just bought it twice. For my brother he used to live with me, then moved out and created an account, then we moved in and I declared the trade and got dinged. You are right this shit is stupid easy, but yes they can definitely fire me. 3 strikes is quite bad and I am very worried. Thanks for your comment brother
