I interviewed there while in college (top 20 school) for an ops role. I had an in person interview at their office in Boston and they were asking me brain teasers. I was like aight bro why is everyone trying to flex on me. This was also after some pretty complicated and technical early round interviews that weren’t exactly cakewalks. This wasn’t even a super quantitative role. Needless to say, I didn’t get the job. Glad I didn’t. It did not seem like there was much of an opportunity to get to an investment seat from an operations roles. People seemed fine tho overall.
I thought they were more value/fundamental, but I’m sure they still want the smartest people possible. Not sure why brain teasers are always the measure but seems pretty standard
Had a first round with them early this year. The role was for trading SA. The format was pretty different than most trader interviews and involves things like case study. not sure if this depend on roles
do u have any advice on how to prep for interviews? thx in adv!
Interviewed there last fall for summer internship and was give some more advanced probability questions (also for a fundamental role)
