I interviewed there while in college (top 20 school) for an ops role. I had an in person interview at their office in Boston and they were asking me brain teasers. I was like aight bro why is everyone trying to flex on me. This was also after some pretty complicated and technical early round interviews that weren’t exactly cakewalks. This wasn’t even a super quantitative role. Needless to say, I didn’t get the job. Glad I didn’t. It did not seem like there was much of an opportunity to get to an investment seat from an operations roles. People seemed fine tho overall.

 

Had a first round with them early this year. The role was for trading SA. The format was pretty different than most trader interviews and involves things like case study. not sure if this depend on roles
